- AVP credit for Structured products for a leading NBFC
- Role is based in Mumbai
- CA candidates will be preferred
CSP provides tailor-made solutions to get finance in a way that best fits the specific financial needs of customers. These structured products are useful as a complement to the other traditional/vanilla products provided. Structured products have the ability to offer customized exposure, including otherwise hard-to-reach asset classes and subclasses
The key responsibilities of the role will be as follows :
- Transaction due diligence including preparation of transaction notes for acquisition financing, promoter financing, venture debt financing and the likes. Presenting the deal with succinct analysis for effective decision making
- Interacting with various internal and external stakeholders for the successful closure of the deal
- New initiatives and portfolio control
- CA with 5-8 years post qualification experience
- Good communication and presentation skills.
